| cylinder walls is sprayed there. By the time it is on the wall it has left the pressurized part of the system. The oil in the intake would result from a broken land if it allows the cylinder pressure past the rings pressurizing the crankcase causing the oil to blow out the pcv system into the intake. Normally a broken ring land will cause smoke when the oil gets into the combustion chamber and goes out the exhaust. I question JWT's assesment based on the facts provided. Number one cause of oil in the intake would be leaky turbo seals. Or maybe a bad valve seal. But I have it on good authority that the VG's seals do not fail often. KK
